KDI Parking & Controls operates kdiparking.com. This notice explains information handled through our website and its service-request forms. It does not describe every data practice of a property's access-control system or a third-party platform.
Information you provide
When you request service or a quote, you provide your name, contact information and a description of your request. You may also provide your city or ZIP code and property type. We use this information to respond, discuss your project and coordinate service. Please do not submit gate codes, passwords, resident lists, payment-card details or other sensitive information through these general inquiry forms.
Our website also links to Microsoft-hosted forms for resident access and replacement-device requests. Review the fields and notices on those forms before submitting information. Access requests may require coordination with the property's authorized management.
Website technology and providers
Our site uses WordPress.com and Jetpack for website functionality, including forms, and loads WordPress statistics and performance technology. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, visited pages and request timing. Our installed software also includes Akismet spam protection. Information handled by a feature depends on how that feature is configured and used.
We use Google Analytics to understand website usage and measure telephone-link clicks, form starts and successful service requests. Google receives technical and usage data through this service, which may use cookies or similar technologies. Our custom lead events identify the form and page; they do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, gate codes or the text entered in an inquiry. Service requests are delivered to KDI's business email, and website form technology may retain submissions. Contact and marketing
Submitting a service inquiry asks KDI to respond about that inquiry. It does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list or authorize unrelated promotional messages. If we offer marketing subscriptions, the choice will be separate from requesting service.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry and service information for business follow-up, service records and applicable recordkeeping needs. Retention depends on the type of record and the purpose for which it is held. Contact us to ask about access, corrections or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for legal obligations, transactions or disputes. Available privacy rights depend on applicable law and the circumstances.
Other websites
Links to Microsoft Forms, YouTube, LiftMaster/myQ and other providers lead to services governed by their own notices and terms. This website notice does not replace a property's resident privacy notice or the terms of its access-control platform.
