Apple Devices

The myQ app will run on Apple devices  using iOS 16.0 or higher. The app may be installed on earlier versions  of Apple iOS however features and functionality may not work properly.  As updated versions of the myQ app becomes available, older iOS's may no  longer be compatible.
 

How to Check Your Apple Device's iOS Version

Use the steps below to determine the iOS version of your Apple device (such as an iPhone or iPad).

  1. Go to your Apple iOS device's Settings.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Select About.
  4. Tap Version.

 

Android Devices

The myQ app works on Android devices  with Android 7.1 Nougat or higher. It might work on older versions, but  performance may not be good. As new versions of the myQ app come out,  older OS versions might not be compatible. 
 

How to Check Your Android Device's OS Version

Use the steps below to determine the OS version of your Android device.

  1. Go to your Android device's Settings.
  2. Select About.
  3. Tap Android Version.
