- "Hey Siri, open automatic driveway gate" Clients can ask Siri to open gates and doors as they approach.
- "Tap To Enter" Clients can simply Tap their smartphone against a Smart Reader or video intercom to gain access.
- "Click to Enter" Clients can receive a Pop-up Notification as they approach the door or gate and Click Yes to release lock.
Electronic Guest Passes
No more sharing Pin Codes or loaning out Key Fobs. Residents can quickly create and share, via text or email, three types of electronic guests passes. These passes allow guests to access the designated door or gate without having to call for assistance. In addition, Residents may elect to receive a text notification stating: “Your Guest "Tripp" Has Arrived At Front Gate”
Quick Pass: This pass should be issued to one-time visitors such as Uber, Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc. This pass automatically terminates after the first use.
Temporary Pass: This pass is recommended for short term guests or service providers who requires access to the property for no longer than 45 days.
Recurring Pass: This pass works great for friends, family members and service providers who require frequent access over a long period of time, such as babysitters, dog walkers, health service professionals, etc. Recurring passes can be issued for up to 365 days.
