Residents can quickly create and share electronic guests passes via text or email.
Passes allow guests to access designated doors and gates without having to call for assistance. In addition, Residents may elect to receive a text notification stating: “Your Guest "Sarah" Has Arrived At Front Gate”
Three Options:
Quick Pass: For one-time visitors such
as delivery or ride share services. This pass automatically terminates after use.
Temporary Pass: For short term guests or service providers who requires access to the property for no longer than 45 days.
Recurring Pass: For friends, family members and service providers who require frequent access over a long period of time, such as babysitters, dog walkers, health service professionals, etc. Recurring passes can be issued for up to 365 days.
